Keoghan Litchfield

Director

Since cutting his programming teeth on a ZX81, Keoghan has nurtured a love of all things tech. As a founding partner of Klever, he began developing online systems in 1999 while studying Physics at Imperial College. Keoghan worked for the UK cable company ntl (now Virgin Media) as an Analyst for five years after university, spawning a love of mysql, and meeting his (then) future wife. Following the birth of Klever - and with the imminent arrival of his daughters - Keoghan spent four years as an analyst and a further three years in senior management at the collecting society PRS for Music, negotiating and implementing tariffs, before the opportunity arose to return to Klever.

Keoghan loves spending time getting to know our clients and delivering systems that work for them. He is just as at home with a pint (or coffee) as he is with screens of code in front of him.

When he’s not driving a computer, you’ll normally find Keoghan racing around after his family.

Roger Jones

Director

Roger began his career delivering online solutions 1999 whilst studying Mechanical Engineering at Imperial College. He was a founding partner of Klever in 2004 and has remained at the helm throughout.

Roger focuses on understanding the businesses of our clients and making web based solutions that allow their businesses to work efficiently. He takes great pride that the systems Klever maintain which run the core business of several clients who have enjoyed significant growth since working with us.

You'll regularly find him 'relaxing' chopping wood in the garden or ‘helping’ build lego towers for his two children.

Joco Domingues

Developer

Joaquim joined the team in 2016 as a junior developer aiming to further develop his coding abilities while bringing his design learning & talent to offer dynamic design solutions to our customers.

Joaquim originally hails from South Africa but has now lived and worked in the UK for over 10 years, and brings a strong Customer Service background to Klever. Joaquim has previously worked in this capacity at Yell and most recently, as a technician at Apple.

Joaquim also has natural artistic talent & studied Arts Graphics & Design at Parktown College in South Africa. During and alongside his previous roles, Joaquim was learning about game development & specifically Art & Animation techniques using 3ds Max & Photoshop.

When he’s not cutting his coding teeth, Joaquim can be found spending time with his partner and daughter, or, doodling away on some paper.

Karen Jones

Designer

Karen has a creative past, having graduated with a degree in music back in 2003. She worked for a while teaching piano and violin in schools and at home before stopping to start a family.

More recently Karen has rekindled her creative juices with training in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign. She joins us with these skills along side a love for admin and keeping everyone organised!

Outside of work, Karen loves to cook and bake and is rarely seen without a large mug of tea.
